1) I understand the psychology of how people make decisions and can apply it when I prepare a presentation.
2) I know how to structure my presentation so my clients are in agreement with my major points within a few minutes.
3) I know how to create and deliver a strong opening and a close that encourages the client to take the next step.
4)  I can describe in one or two sentences the objective of my presentation and the action I expect my client to take.
5) I use stories, examples and demonstrations that make my presentations come alive and are relevant to the client
6)  I know what information to include in my presentation that will answer the clients' question, "What's in it for me?"
7) I know what to present verbally and what information is better presented in a written document.
8) When creating visuals or Power Point slides at least 80% are pictures, diagrams or charts.
9) I know how to rehearse so that even memorized information sounds relaxed and conversational.
10) I know how to use notes when I am presenting so that they add to the presentation rather than being distracting.
11) I know how to rehearse my presentation so I can pay attention to my client and remember what I need to say next.
12) I know how and when to use emotion to gain commitment from my clients.
